You Make the Call
When it comes to estate planning, communication is key. That's why we always start with an initial phone call to get to know you and your unique situation. From there, we'll schedule an in-person meeting to discuss your specific questions and desired outcomes. You can trust us to guide you through the process confidence and expertise.

In-Person Consultation
We prioritize providing top-notch service when it comes to evaluating and selling your treasures. To ensure the best course of action, we begin with an in-person meeting at your home to examine your possessions. If we both agree to proceed with a sale or clean-out, we'll provide you with a contract to guarantee a secure and seamless transaction. If neither of these actions occur, we will provide you guidance on your next steps.

Estate Sale Management
After the contract is signed, we agree on a date for set-up and sale dates. We typically will need about 2 weeks to do it all depending on the size of the home and its contents. Every step of the way we will keep close contact with you on any findings including personal documents or extremely valuable items.

Wrapping-Up
If you decide not to opt for our after-sale clean-up service, we will leave the remaining items at your home with broom swept rooms. Please note that estate sale clean-up may take a few extra days to have charities or junk haulers pick up the leftover items. We will send you a detailed receipt and your percentage of the sales no later than a week, depending on your preferred payment method.

What is an estate sale?
An estate sale is a way of liquidating the belongings of a family or estate, usually due to the death of the homeowner, downsizing, or relocation. It's different from a garage sale in that it typically involves selling most or all of the contents of a home.
What makes your company stand out from others?
We are transparent every step of the way. We will provide the owner a detailed inventory of every item sold above $20. Simply put, we have the experience as consumers to know the market value of items as well as how to handle the planning aspect of every sale to make it even more profitable.
How are items priced at estate sales?
Items are typically priced based on their current market value, considering factors like condition, age, and demand. Prices are usually set to sell, as the goal is to liquidate the estate.
How long does the process take?
We will typically need 1-2 weeks to set-up the entire home and hold the sale. Some homes will need extra time do to the amount of items. Nonetheless, we will always be transparent with you as we move through the process.
How do you advertise for the sale?
We use our subscription list, Facebook, EstateSales.net, ad signs posted outside the sale, and any extra publications local to the home.
How quickly will I get paid after the sale?
Depending on the method you choose, we can have all your earnings as soon as the day after the sale.
Should I clean-up before the sale?
We will advise you not to clean-up because we want to make sure we maximize profit even if you think its garbage someone may still buy it. We have even seen napkins sell to the right collectors, so please do not clean-up beforehand.
Do you have any specialties or areas of expertise?
We are a team who have expertise in collectibles, vintage home decor, tools, antique furniture, vintage toys, high end clothing, and jewelry. We are not limited to this list because we have the contacts to seek help whenever we encounter rare and unique items. We strive to educate ourselves and are currently working on proper certifications to become personal property appraisers.
How will my home be protected?
We always assess every home and walk through with you a detailed planned on staff, security measures, camera placements, and prohibited areas. We take seriously the physical care of the home.
